Before using eContact, we didn't really track any of our clients and client contact. Most of our client knowledge was kept in our heads, and the amount of internal meetings we needed to keep our staff up to speed on projects and communications was staggering.

Since implementing eContact, we definitely have a better grasp of our overall business activities, and client communications.

We have just started using the Quotation module for all of our quoting, instead of MSWord, and it has more than halved the time it takes for us to write out a quotation.

Setup was quick and painless, and the guys at eContact are always very quick in responding to our questions.

I cant understand how we lived without eContact for so long.
